This is a discussion about Quest for Glory 5: Dragon Fire, running it in winxp in the Windows Games category; I have updated the game to version 1. 2 and also applied the unofficial win2kpatch. During game play, though, when every I use the directional keys to move the Hero, he maintains that direction for an extended period of time.
I have updated the game to version 1.2 and also applied the unofficial win2kpatch. During game play, though, when every I use the directional keys to move the Hero, he maintains that direction for an extended period of time. For example, if I start walking and want to turn left, the Hero will start walking in left handed circles for about 2-3 seconds even after I let go of the buttons. Anyone know why or have this same problem? Has anyone found a solution? Thanks for your help.
