Yes, providing you have a product to upgrade from (Win9x/NT/2K). You'll need to insert the CD during installation to prove you have an older version of Windows.

hmm setup file version says :5.1.2600.0 (xpclient.010817-1148)
thats different than the version on my friends full WinXP pro
