Question for a friend......

My friend has a problem. Whenever he tries to setup Win2k on a clean partition, about half way through, it errors (cant find file ddraw. dll ect) Does anyone know why he's getting these errors???? Many thanks in advance.

I would say it has something to do with DirectDraw. What kind of video card does he have?

Are you sure the CD you have of Win2k is good? Have you used the CD to install Win2k before?

Maybe you could try putting the CD in another computer, and verify that all the files can be read.
 
Is this an original or a ***** copy of Win2k?
