Quick Outlook XP question
Thanks to the great cash rebates Microsoft are currently doing on Office XP I decided to take the plunge and upgrade from Office 2000 to Office XP. So far I am liking it, some nice new features, and thankfully it's playing nice with everything else on my PC.

One thing I cannot get working under Outlook XP which I could under Outlook 2000.
Under 2000 I could set the "Mail Format" to Rich Text and check the "Use Microsoft Word as your e-mail editor"
Any new e-mail I created would be donw so using an MS Word interface.
That is still the same under Outlook XP, in fact that is the default.
However, under Outlook 2000 any e-mail I opened was also opened in a MS Word Interface, even if the message was sent to me in Plain text it would open it in a WOrd interface and auo-format the message.
I just cannot get this to work under Outlook XP, any messages that were sent in Plain Text appear as a rather "boring" plain text layout, sure once I've hit reply I can set that message to Rich Text and reply in that format, but the message sent to me remains in plain.
Under Outlook 2000 it was Tools>Options>Mail Format
Set as above and everything is Rich Text, doesn't seem to be the same under Outlook XP.
Anybody any ideas?
