quicken 2001 basic

This is a discussion about quicken 2001 basic in the Windows Software category; I am sharing a quicken file on a novell network drive. A windows 98 pc can open it fine, but windows 2000 can't open file??? I can copy it to the win 2000 hardrive and open it. Any help? Please!.
