Quick-Time on Windows XP?
This is a discussion about Quick-Time on Windows XP? in the Windows Software category; I have Windows XP, and when I look in the control panel, I see a folder called Ouick Time 32, but when I open the folder and click on verify, I get: qt32inst. exe file not found and play32. exe file not found and view32.

It seems like I do not have QT on this computer, I would like to put it in, I have some ".mov" movies that I want to play.
Is it ok to put QT on Windows XP?. I do not want to mess up my computer.
Thanks for any help you can give.

I have Quicktime 5.01 (Not Pro, just the free version) running under my installation of WinXP Professional without any problems.

Download also the IE6 QT5 plug-in from Apple for Web compatibility.
