Radeon 9200 HELP

Well i brought Radeon 9200 PCI 246mb graphixs card off my friend but it dont have the drivers. . . so i downloaded them from ATI ect and it works but when im ingame the screen goes black and i have to restart my computer i have tryed the default driver set up trou windows XP but even then it flickers and wont stop ...

At this point i dont know what to do i have tryed the drivers from thew ATI site but it still makes my screen go black after awile wile im ingame.
 
Here are my specs:
 
1.82ghz
512mb
246 mb Radeon 9200 PCI
 
Please also note that i am using the tv out cable to use my computer as my monitor does not work any help you can give will be great thank you and HELP!!! PLEASE!!

Which game is causing this? Try installing game patches to fix the bug.

No it crash's for all my games and i have the drivers and i have the right patch's for my games but wile ingame it crash;s PLEASE HELP!

First off, need more info. What type/make/model of motherboard and CPU are you using? Be specific. It sounds like an AGP BUS overflow to me, I get that often with boards using a VIA chipset. I will check back later.
