Radeon 9800 driver help, etc
I have a Radeon 9800 XT card, and my pc is running WinXP Service Pack 1. I have tried to install Service Pack 2 in the past, but multiple pc problems came up, so I system restored back. . . just in case anyone asks why I still run Service Pack 1 I'd like to install the current driver release 6.

I'd like to install the current driver release 6.14.10.6525
but I can't locate it for Service Pack 1, all I see is ATI recommends Windows XP Service Pack 2 or higher to be installed on the notes.
Then I noticed something that I don't even think I have on my pc - something called Catalyst 5.4
Seems pretty cool.... again, I see service pack 2 required.
I could use some help as to what I should download, where I can find it and if I can use this Catalyst package even tho I have Service Pack 1. Will it not run at all if I try to use it on Service Pack 1? If I need and SHOULD go with Service Pack 2... any installation tips ... anything to avoid my pc not responding well after I tried it the first time.
Sorry for the long post, just trying to provide what I can as far as info and interests. TY
