Railroad Tycoon 2 (II) on WIN XP?

Not that it only wouldn't work. It won't even install. I don't know what to do. The install shield just aborts before the installation has even begun. Strange, isn't it?.

I don't even understand the problem.
The install shield just crashes.
I can tell the location where to install it to, then the install shield just causes a win error and is closed.

*puzzled*

Calling up microsoft should sort that out. That is, if you have a legitimate copy of windows. If you don't I suggest you buy one.

In the control panel there is an option for installing software where it asks whether to run only xp certified programs, etc. You can set it off which might help. It did for Prince of Persia 3D
