if you have "Tom Clancys Rainbow Six" and "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Eagle Watch" and cannot get them to run out of the box on XP here is what you do.

If you get errors with running Rainbow Six but Eagle Watch runs, download this file ,UnZip it, Copy the DATA folder over to your Rainbow Six folder and select YES to the warning message that appears.

Load Eagle Watch Play the Campaign to completion.

You should now get the origanal Missions available as a Seperate Campaign. (On same Page as Eagle Watch missions).

You might need to make a new campaign to get this to happen.

Hope This Helps.
