rally masters

This is a discussion about rally masters in the Windows Games category; Hi!Even though Rally masters from Infogrammes/Digital illusions is said to work fine under win2K,i experience problems. To be more precise,after the intro movies are finished,i see the options menu,but the background is blue.

Hi!Even though Rally masters from Infogrammes/Digital illusions is said to work fine under win2K,i experience problems.To be more precise,after the intro movies are finished,i see the options menu,but the background is blue.When i try to play a game (any kind of game:single player,multi etc) i 'm constantly thrown into the desktop.Any ideas?
 
I have a celeron 450Mhz,128 ram,Tnt vga card

Im not sure what your problem is, I have Rally Masters and it runs sweet as on Win2k, even better than on Winblows98
 
What driver are you using for your TNT?, if you dont know head over to www.reactorcritical.com to download the latest one.
 
If that doesnt work, who knows

Works fine on W2K Pro, I'm having problems with the new game system I built, all work but Rally masters, gets to the pick car and reverts to desktop.
 
Now I'm told it's the Raedon 9600 doing it, Not the xp-pro, xp-2500, Asus A7N8DX Deluxe, 768 Mb Corsair XMS LL 3200 DDR, yada yada, to name a few bits, yet it works on a POS P2-300 old slot 1 with no problems, terrific, another card down the drain.
