RC1 and incoming calls

This is a discussion about RC1 and incoming calls in the Windows Networking category; Hi, I cannot get incoming calls on netmeeting, dialer and other programs. What is it so? I have tried disabling firewall, but no go. Any ideas. ARC.

Hi,
