Ok,
Had major problems with other OSes so I decided to make the XP hop since RC1 is out. Everything installed fine and it boots super fast. The problem I'm getting is with sound, when I play music and browse the Web have breakups in sound, very bad. Also when installing Office XP CPU Utilization was at 100% most of the way throught. I have all my cards in the right spot and their IRQs in bios aren't conflicting (had it working great in 9x but too buggy). Can someone help me fix this problem I'm facing. Also should I install the VIA 4in1s as it is supported by XP already and what NVIDIA Detenator should I install for best performance and stability.

try newer sb live drivers. Im sure someone here has a link or just search for them, and try the VIA PFD fix for Sb Live!s and VIA mobos. As for 4in1s they are crap, the only thing you need to install is the 4.05c AGP driver. Im using det 12.90s and they run fine in XP, the 12.41 WHQL drivers work fine too.
