hammer_one,

I do not think i can help, but i have a problem that seems very close to yours.
Here it is :

I'm looking for a codec (w2k compatible)
that could exploit the hardware acceleration
of a, say, Miro MP10 or DV300 card.
My goal is to transform an MPEG-2 video
stream and turn it into a .avi or .mpeg
file.

Any solution ?
So far, it seems to me that the drivers
for these cards use codecs that are NOT
compatible with w2k. runs perfectly on
NT 4.0, but that's another story, huh ?

Cheers

Louissan
