reconnect network drives

hi, i noticed on my win2000 pro that network drives always got disconnect after a period of time as showed below. Do you know of a command that can re-establish the connection without re-mapping the drives again? thanks.

hi,

now the problem i encounter is if i open a file from eg. word and click on "look in" to browse my file from the network drives... it takes 1min to drop down the drives listings.. any idea?
