Alright i seem to be having a problem with this game, where at any given point in the game it will just freeze up. I have done a minor ammount of forum searching and tryed afew things and ill list a few other specs and things below.

Im currently tryign to run RA95.exe

Im running Windows XP Pro SP2

I have the folowing settings on RA95.exe
-Run this porgram in compatibility mode for: Windows 95
-Run in 256 colors
-Run in 640x480 screen resolution
-Disable visual themes
-Turn off advanced text services for this program

As of right now i can install fine, and can play, except for these random crash's. Usualy i would just suck it up and deal with it, but i cannot play throught the first 2 soviet levels without the game crashing.

Any suggestions or maybe helpfull links?

If you have the DOS version you could try that and see if it does the same thing.

Can't really help with the freezing problem. Never experienced that with C&C and I doubt it's a system problem since C&C isn't very resource intensive by today's standards.

OP
Alright, i think it must have been my other programs stressing my resources to much. Encoding a DVD, running a BitTorrent program and trying to play red alert, apparently doesent work!

Thanks for the reply
