Open up registry editor.
Start->Run: regedit

Browse to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion

On the left pane, doubleclick value named RegisteredOwner.
Enter desired name and press OK.

If you like, do same for RegisteredOrganization.

Close regedit.

No reboot is required.
