Related Pages In IE gone in XP??

In win2k using IE 6. 0 there was an option for related pages to get webpages that are similar to the current one you are on. . . this seems to be gone in XP. . . is there a way to get it back without installing all that **** software?.

right-click on the toolbar and click customize.... you can add the "related" button to your toolbar. Also, in the tools menu, there is an item that says "Show Related Links"

mine doesnt have the option under customize... & i cant find the option in the tools menu!

I checked one of my other WINXP comps & it has the related under the customize.. what would cause this to get removed & how would i reinstall this version of IE so i can get it back??
