I have eliminated any infections. Now when I boot normally, It freezes up on a blank screen. I went through the whole reload from the XP disk with my license key. I haven't activated yet because safe mode won't let it. When I go to safe boot, I get the desktop fine. Why is it not booting? Thanks for any insight...

Think I remember something about this. Something to do with the AGP Gart that comes with the motherboard drivers. It's possible that the one included with ones is incompatible with your motherboard so if you can find the right driver online then you should be able to install it in safe mode.
Also it's a SIS mobo so smash that POS to bits and get something else.
