remote assistance

i tried using the remote assistance feature in XP and when i click on invite someone to help you it says Your current system settings prevent you from sending an invitation can anybody tell me where the settings are? i don't have firewall and i'm using adsl.

right click on ur my computer icon, click properties, it's under the remote tab
