Remove outlook express icon on Server 2003

This is a discussion about Remove outlook express icon on Server 2003 in the Windows Software category; I am setting up a new terminal server running Windows 2003. I dont want our users to have the outlook express icon on the start > programs bar. Can someone tell me how to get rid of it ? I have looked in group policy and even tried deleteing the shortcut from the all users folder but it still keeps coming back.

Did you try power toys?

Quote:Tweak UI

This PowerToy gives you access to system settings that are not exposed in the Windows XP default user interface, including mouse settings, Explorer settings, taskbar settings, and more.

Version 2.10 requires Windows XP Service Pack 1 or Windows Server 2003.

Finally figured this one out :-

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{44BBA840-CC51-11CF-AAFA-00AA00B6015C}

Delete the stubpath key
