Get the latest application compatability update from microsoft. Then make a shortcut to the setup program on the CD. Right click on the shortcut and under the compatability tab, select Win95 or Win98. If that works, great. If it doesn't, I don't know what to say since I don't have that game.

No problem...
Works fine out of the box on my system no compats needed. Nice and fast too, only problem was a crash to desktop between races but this was due to poor Creative SB Live driver installation, now sorted.
