RIP V2

I have a Win 2K Pro workstation on my network. It has two network cards in it (for two different networks) but I need to enable RIP v2 routing on it. How can this be done? We don't have a Windows Server.

Bah,

You may need to remove the static route;

10.10.10.2 255.255.255.255 192.168.1.55 vlan0

The Win2K routing machine should be forwarding packets to this address.

BTW - What device is using IP 192.168.1.57.

Please ignore my last post, I think that is correct.

Are you able to ping 10.10.10.2? There isn't anything special about the switch on that subnet is there?

Hi Ross,

Just in the nick of time, I've not deleted 10.10.10.2 from the Route table.

I can ping 10.10.10.2 but not 10.10.10.1!

192.168.1.57 is my PC!

Cheers
