Roaming Profiles

Yelllllo, im wondering if i can create roaming profileson just 2 computers, both running win2kprosp3. is this possible? how do i do it? thanks. Cazzman. .

Yes you can. All you have to do is set the profile path to the shared directory where profile exists.
 
Although You will only access it remotely from one machine, and the other will be local

Just be carefull about what you keep in the roaming profile
 
We have had users save rather large files in their My Docs and were forced to remove certain file extensions from being saved upon their log off
 
*.mp3 *.rar etc etc

I was wondering, can you specify exactly what info is carried to the network for Roaming access? In other words, can I note for the profile to not include my music folder?

Why can't you just put your music folder in a folder that is shared as music folder. Just like your profile folder.
