rogue spear + win2k sp1

i noticed that quite a few people play rogue spear and it is meant to have no problems in the compatibility list. however, when i try an install it gets past install shield and then nothing. in nothing i mean that the rest of the install doesn't progress.

a ghosted process wowexec.exe just hangs there.. damn, rogue spear is a great game.

same thing happened when i tried to install photoshop 5.5 - the setup bar goes to 99% hangs for a while then justs closes the setup program

It's actually really easy, you may notice a dos based program called cmd.exe running in the task bar, if you right click on it and tell it to terminate (or terminate it in some other way) the install will finsih successfully, and you should be able to play.
