Hi ya,
Urgently requesting info about the above subject hardware, their drivers and associated apps/software.
I know for the fact that DirectCD (bundled with my HP 9150i CD-Writer) is NOT supported in WinXP, but any info on updates etc. Also SB Live Value. Everything seems fine and have done the update by WinXP "Windows Update" and also SB Live ( http://www.soundblaster.com/support/winxp/) but I am assuming the Creative Launcher (thing on top of WIndow) is not supported/working in XP?
Also, need advice for Voodoo 3? What's should one do? Go with the drivers created by non-supported people/companies, like those featured on the ntcompatible.com website? If so what's the procedure? Uninstall first, just install on top or what??
Lastly, hibernation blue screens - I am assuming this is a "driver" issue? If so how does one find out or pin-point the cause? Any info or suggestions would be most appreciated!!!
Regards,
Aaron
