Running Carmageddon 2 - zeckensack's Glide wrapper
I have noticed that there is no reference to this fix in the existing Carmageddon 2 threads. So, check. It's easy, and it can quadruple the game's resolution from 640 x 480 to 1280 x 960. Have fun. Make sure you read the documentation!.
