Running games on NTFS

I currently have my HDD partitioned into a C: drive (FAT32) and D: drive (NTFS). Currently all games are in subfolders of c:\games. I wish to convert the whole HDD to NTFS. Will I have any problems running games or should I stick to FAT32? Typical games currently running are Elite Force, Star Wars Racer, Quake III, ...

I am using W2K SP2.
 
Any help would be appreciated.

They should all be fine. Both of my disks are NTFS, and all my games play flawlessly.
 
Make a backup of any important stuff first, just incase the conversion process goes awry.
