SBLive Value Digital
This is a discussion about SBLive Value Digital in the Windows Hardware category; I'm running an ABIT KT7A Raid. I bout the CPU,MB and SBLive card in a bundle. I really didn't pay much attention until last night. I was surfing on the creative site and from the description there, I have an SBLive Value Digital.
I'm running an ABIT KT7A Raid. I bout the CPU,MB and SBLive card in a bundle. I really didn't pay much attention until last night. I was surfing on the creative site and from the description there, I have an SBLive Value Digital. What's confused me it there there are the usual Mic and line inputs. Two line outputs and the digital output. In the manual, both are describrd as outputs to an external amp. One also has a note that it is the one that supports headphones. That particular one has zero signal coming from it. Has anyone else had any experience lie this??

In W2K yes, but not in XP.
In XP I have wireless headphones on one analog out jack, and a pair of CSW Digital speakers hooked up to the SPDIF out. Both work simultaneously, with no prob. In W2K however, I cannot use both "outs", unless I install LiveWare
