What I meant was that I had heard that a PS2 port to PC was going to happen, but I wasn't positive...

Quake 2 had it's scarry moments. i really wish quake 3 wasn't just death matches and had some story and single player monster shooter action.

The first part of Alone in the dark was a nightmare, the sounds, the atmosphere... Aliens vs predators is scary when you play a marine, too, I do not like to play at night alone... but Alone in the dark is the number one

I felt lost the whole time in quake2. Resident Evil 2 for PS made me jump several times. Like in that police interrogation room with the 2-way mirror. You're walking around picking up things and its all quiet and then that thing jumps though the mirror.

The Scariest game ever, System Shock 2 (those that don't think so likely haven't played it), just got scarier. If Silent Hill or Resident Evil was scary for you, you might want to avoid SS2, as it might be too much. Especially with the new mod that replaces the creatures with high detail ones. I'd link to the site, but it contains some 'nudity' and I don't want to break the forum rules here. The mod is in beta, and so far only replaces the 3 hybrid types, the midwife and the crew corpses. Can't wait until it's finished. 8)

It sure does look nice. I really wish the source would be released, so someone could clean up the code, get it to run properly and flawlessly under 2000/XP.
