One of the media players I use has an alarm you can set to exit windows. It's called jetaudio, in case your wondering.

You may also have to disable the "modififed" 2003 shutdown screen with a GPO.

Doesn't Windows Server 2003 have the shutdown.exe ditty that's also included with XP?
You should be able to create a scheduled task to run it at a specified time.
I couldn't find an article for Windows 2003 on the MSKB but here is one for Windows 2000. It should be a similar exercise.

Hey thanks! There are a few handy tools there I found a tool that I could use to automatically reboot Win98 machines a few years ago but it wasn't as straight forward as these.
I'm a little curious about the need to reboot a server daily myself though. That just seems like asking for trouble.
