One of the media players I use has an alarm you can set to exit windows. It's called jetaudio, in case your wondering.
 
btw I'm sure someone knows of a script or something, I just thought I'd throw it out there in case it takes a while

You could always schedule one of these apps. Whats the reason for this request?

You may also have to disable the "modififed" 2003 shutdown screen with a GPO.

Hey thanks! There are a few handy tools there I found a tool that I could use to automatically reboot Win98 machines a few years ago but it wasn't as straight forward as these.

I'm a little curious about the need to reboot a server daily myself though. That just seems like asking for trouble.
