Scolling Program Menu..set to off, BUT....
This is a discussion about Scolling Program Menu..set to off, BUT.... in the Customization Tweaking category; I have a wierd thing happening in win2k pro. I have the Scroll the Program Menu turned off in the advanced options. . . . but it still does scroll them. The thing is, its only showing the files(or programs) i most frequently use.
