SCSI Unbuffered Writes in XP

This is a discussion about SCSI Unbuffered Writes in XP in the Windows Hardware category; I am doing some testing of a video capture board using unbuffered SCSI I/O. When I perform this operation under Win2k I have no problems, however, on the same machine, with a Win XP install, the system will cause a STOP upon the first attempt to perform the SCSI Unbuffered I/O.

Does anyone know of any difference in the way these two OSs perform with regards to SCSI, or any possible solutions? Thanks in advance.
