secondary video card with Tv-out & 2K compatible?

I had originally intended to put an ATI Xpression PC2TV as a secondary card in one of my 2K boxes for the TV-out. However, I found out that I cannot do this due to something about BIOS initialization.

So, now I'm wondering if anyone here knows of a PCI or ISA videocard that works fine as a Secondary card that has TV-out(Composite and/or Svideo). Not a V3 or anything relatively new...I'm looking for something I could reasonably expect to see under 30 bucks.

Good luck finding one with the specs your asking for. The closest thing to your price range would be ATI's all-in-wonder value edition or tv wonder value edition (it's one of those two). You may just be looking for something that doesnt exist. Look at a trade show.

Trident made a pci video card with composite out that you could set with a jumper that would lock it into composite mode. I am using one at school to work with a mm projector. I had to lock it into composite because the software would not work as a secondary video card to change it back and forth. But once locked with the onboard jumper it worked fine.

That'd work great! Do you happen to know the model of the card?
