Serious Problem

All right, I was running spybot search and destroy and got an error when I was cleaning so I decided to remove the registry entries manually and ended up deleting something I probably shouldn't have. I think a folder named something like CDLIB, but afterwards, my computer, the control panel, and my network places, were all named Folder and when I opened my computer none of the document folders were there, just the shared folder. So I restarted the computer hoping it would fix it and now theres no login names, I've tried booting into safe mode, debugging mode, reverting to the last known good configuration, but nothing seems to work. I'm using Windows XP Home Edition.
