I just recently upgraded my system( K6-2 450, Aha2920 Scsi-2, Creative Ultra TNT-2 system, Shamrock 1750L monitor) to windows2k,
and I have ever since experienced serious flickering (I've tried every supported resolution and refreshrate, I've gotten fresh drivers for both the monitor and graphics card) , the problem is that mostly bright colors flicker like mad (especially when I move my cursor or type), any ideas?

do you mean the monitor is refreshing low, like you can see it refreshing?
