Services not working

Hi, i am using windows 2000 sp4. . suddenly there are lot many problem comes like iis crash,ftp (serv-u) crash all services won't be giving me a control to stop or start. . so i rebooted the server and iis and ftp works but i can't access to network icons and when i open computer management when ever i click on Dis ...

i am using windows 2000 sp4 .. suddenly there are lot many problem comes like iis crash,ftp (serv-u) crash all services won't be giving me a control to stop or start.. so i rebooted the server and iis and ftp works but i can't access to network icons and when i open computer management when ever i click on Disk Management it gives error " The Handle is invalid". also when i click on services and application it gives error like "Snap-in failed to initialize Name: not available CLSID: {80105023-50B1-11D1-B930-00A0C9A06D2d}"
 
to stop the service i need to kill it with pskill..
