Set language for a particular program

This is a discussion about Set language for a particular program in the Customization Tweaking category; Is it possible under WinXP to set a different language for a particular non-unicode program instead of going to control panel and modifying it for all non-unicode programs? If so how do you do this? Thanks in advanced

can`t you install the programs in a different language, or change the options of each one to the language you want.
