Share transfer utils / Secure copy?

SCOPY from the resource kit is cheap but command line and labour intensive. The only other thing I can find is Secure copy by Small Wonders, which is nice but very expensive. Anyone know any other software that will copy shares between 2 servers, including ACLs, but not too pricey? i work at a school and getting any money to do stuff is near impossible.
Or anyone know where I can get Secure Copy cheap? Old version would be fine.
