Shuts Down Everytime a Media File is Played
This is a discussion about Shuts Down Everytime a Media File is Played in the Windows Hardware category; Dunno what it is. Everytime I try and play a Mpeg file the computer just shutsdown. I thought it may be a driver issue but tried quite a few different drivers and still nothin. Anyone else havin this prob.

Use either 7.xx 6.xx or 10.40 detonator drivers. Other drivers cause the reboot problem.

Thanx man worked for me. I am also now running the new Det 12.00's and they work as well with Media files.
I used to have the same problem. I'll try the 12 dets.
