Silent Hunter II starting problem

This is a discussion about Silent Hunter II starting problem in the Windows Games category; ;( ;( OK, I tried to play the game. But when I started it from SIM-icon appeared window Silent Hunter II Hardware Configuration. In this window one should Choose a DirectDraw Device and Display Mode.

;( ;( OK, I tried to play the game. But when I started it from SIM-icon appeared window "Silent Hunter II Hardware Configuration".
In this window one should Choose a DirectDraw Device and Display Mode. I can´t do that because there are no choices in little windows. And when i tried to press Advanced-button, nothing happened.
So what I can do?
