Sims 2 HELP in Windows XP 64-bit edition

This is a discussion about Sims 2 HELP in Windows XP 64-bit edition in the Windows Games category; My SIMS 2 installed fine in the 64-bit edition but when I click to play it says it cannot find the cd and insert the correct cd and restart. Has anyone gotten it to work in the 64-bit edition??? Also any games specificaly for that windows edition.
