I installed my sims2 on my new motherboard and it didn't work it says, (in the picture)It could be several things.

i attached the specs of my pc!!! :3
1. If you use the onboard graphics on your new motherboard, it may not support the version DirectX required.
2. The onboard graphics driver may not be available for Windows 7. I had problems with Windows 7 and onboard graphics driver availability. Update the graphics driver if you can or purchase a video card (if you arent using a separate card).
3. If you use a standalone Graphics Card, you may need to update your drivers.
You could also try using XP Mode.
You arent alone in having problems, search for "compatibility issues with sims 2 on windows 7" in google and you might find some more answers.
