sims2 comaptible graphics adapters problem !!!

i use g force5 and i still having a problem to start the game! i still having this massge: failed to fined any directx 9. 0 comaptible graphics adapters someone can help me please? because i know that g force5 is very good!!! and i dont know what the probblem is!?!? thank u!.
