SLI Canopus Pure 3D II and Win2k problem

I've got 2 Canopus Voodoo 2 cards running SLI in Win2k using a hacked driver, the card runs Unreal in safe mode in the window but if I try to run in regular mode full screen the program stalls at a blank screen(no sound, my system doesn't lok up but I can't get back to my desktop, have to hard reboot).

I've got 2 Canopus Voodoo 2 cards running SLI in Win2k using a hacked

screen(no sound, my system doesn't lok up but I can't get back to my

the voodoo driver in system setup. Not sure where the problem lies my
refresh rate is set at 60hz and I have wait for vsync checked, also
I'm running at 32bit color.

Not sure if that has anything to do with it I'm just putting as much
info here as I can.

The downloaded the hacked driver that's available here

Thanks

OP
Having your desktop color depth set for 32bit color been known to cause problems with Voodoo2 cards and games?

These are the first Voodoo cards I've ever owned so I don't know much about common issues.

Thanks for the reply

Sapiens means that the voodoo cards are unable to do 32bit in 3D games. Only the voodoo 4 and above can do that.

Could be that the boards do not do SLI (do not initialize properly).
Even identical voodoo 2s (same manufacturer) may have this problem because of dispersion of specs.
This used to be a well known issue in the good old voodoo times
You need specially hacked glide drivers that will take any pair of v2s to SLI mode.
