Seems back to normal ... until next time when I'll have to kick their a$$es again.
I must say I've got two crappy isps. They make no diff between 56K and adsl subscribers.

It's slightly slower than it's peak when they did the upgrade, but overall I get great performance. I have a T1 at work, and 128Kbps ISDN at home.
