hi guys, ive had my win2k installed over 8months now and it is REALLY really slow now. i guess its just cos its been installed for such a long time. my quesiton is do u know of any apps (safe apps) that can optimise my system again.

ive had my win2k installed over 8months now and it is REALLY really slow now. i guess its just cos its been installed for such a long time. my quesiton is do u know of any apps (safe apps) that can optimise my system again. cos opening certain apps and doing certain tasks r taking for EVER!!
