slow game performance

i tweaked windows xp got latest dets 14. 70 for my video card 21. 81 have probs still get slow performance plz help i play my games in 1024*786*32 Intel Pentium III 700MMX SSE 128mb SDRAM(PC-100) Floppy Drive 1.

Samsung 32x cd-rom
LG 8042b 4x4x24x cd burner
regular keyboard
Genius mouse
56k V.90 internal fax modem PCI GVC9(running latest XP drivers from final release)
Relisys 17" monitor
OS: Windows XP PRO 5.1.2600 final

Try running in 800x600 that tnt2 is gunna strain with modern games.

But it was OK in win2k right? Try different drivers the 8.xx is supposed to be the best for TNT cards.
 
Is it only D3D what about OPenGL?

I am using official XP drivers and my PC freezes when I exit openGL games. WHQl drivers from creative gave diablo 2 gamers BSODs and crackling in SMP systems.
 
Just stick with what works ok ;( duh
