SMC II PCI drivers on win2k

I'm trying to replace an older nic with an SMC II 10/100 pci. I looked on SMC's web site for a driver, and I tried adding it within windows. Neither place had the driver and the card was not autodetected.

Ok, I just put in another smc card, and it worked out well. I guess the origional card is bad. I'm surprised that looking up SMC in the add new hardware wizzard did not show the driver though. Possibly another mfg's chip in those cards.
