So Frustrating!!!!!

I am having the hardest time ever to get Windows Xp to work properly on our home network. The server is a Win2k box running an intel anypoint 10 mbps and cable connection. The client XP box has the same NIC, but if I install the intel anypoint software the entire OS dies on me.

The client XP box has the same NIC, but if I install the intel anypoint software the entire OS dies on me. I decided to try something else like sygate, that bsod's the sceond i open a webpage. file sharing works just fine, but what is most important to me is internet sharing. Is there any internet sharing software that I can use or is there a workaround to getting ICS to work from win2k to winXP? this is driving me nuts!!!

You should just be able to just enable the built in ICS - try right clicking the connection (for the cable, not the LAN) and see if there's an option for ICS.... I have this working for my cable connection, but my 'server' is a WinXP box, so I'm not sure whether Win2k can share anything besides dial-ups...
